Project included entire interior demolition, reframe & finish. “Green” highlights are a 1 kilowatt solar photo voltaic system, an integrated 80 gallon solar hot water preheat system that saves space & energy, and an electric,high efficiency boiler. Custom fir cabinets are accented by salvaged maple flooring & recycled fir trim. A master bath wet room is accented by glass tile, river rock flooring & in-floor heat.
