Urban Arcadia Builders, Inc. is unique in its approach and detailed estimate. Our goal is to define your design & construction needs and merge them seamlessly with your living needs & project desires.

Upon selecting Urban Arcadia, we proceed with intent to contract. For you, this allows additional estimating, scheduling & design work with no further obligation.

Reaching design, budget & schedule definitions, we are ready to contract with you. Urban Arcadia utilizes an American Institute of Architects (AIA) contract. We have found these contracts to be well defined, fair & balanced. Our contract has been thoughtfully & painstakingly revised to meet your needs. If you intend to contract with another builder, please do so only after consulting the AIA contract series and understanding the fundamental definitions for costs, schedules & termination rights by all parties.

The purpose of this contract is to represent the rights of each party engaging in business. We have found that once we have defined the rights & responsibilities of each party this document has done its greatest purpose & should not have to be referred to again.

We will continue to meet weekly to measure progress, clarify design & review the budget, keeping you connected. Our success in these processes is why we connect & how we build lasting relationships.
